Our reservation process is very simple. 
- Select dates of check in and check out, and number of adults and children.
- Click "Search" to find all available rooms on the dates selected. A list of domes will appear on the screen. 
- For more information on a specific dome, click on the "Details" button. 
- Once you have selected your desired dome, you will be taken to the "Reservation Customer Info" page, where you will be asked to fill in the respective fields with your personal information. Be sure your name and email address are spelled correctly and that you fill in all "required" fields. After you fill out all the required information, press "Continue".
- If all information is correctly introduced on the "Reservation Customer Info" page you will just need to choose the type of Payment. Make sure that all your personal information is correct and that the dates, room type and hotel selection are correct. Please also read carefully the cancellation policy for the specific reservation.
- As soon as you reservation is completed a Success page will appear on the screen with all the information of your reservation and you will receive an email confirming your booking. If further correspondence is necessary, a Customer Care agent will reply back to you with an email or a call within 24 hours.

Once you have inserted your credit card details on the "Payment Details" page and after having pressed "Book" you will be guided to a new screen ('Success Page") where your reservation number will be displayed. You should keep this number for any future communication with us.

If you pay with your credit card we wil confirm your reservation immediately.

On the other hand, if you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will have to wait for the confirmation of the banking institution. In order for this process to be faster, we advise you to send us your transfer receipt.

No. You can just book up to 1 dome in a single transaction.

Yes. Transaction safety and security is an issue of major importance for our company. To ensure the security of your transactions, we use a secure server (SSL), which encrypts the credit card number and encodes it to a non-usable form. The encryption process ensures that your credit card details are being revealed only to the financial institution operating the transaction. Furthermore, our payment gateway features 3D secure technology certified by VISA and MasterCard. Our staff cannot read and does not have access to the details of your card and which are not being saved in our system in any way.

The best way to modify your reservation is by sending us an email to info@soulglamping.com, 30 days before your reservation. Our customer service representatives will help you find alternative dome types or dates to ensure your stay will match your updated needs.

The cancellation policy is being displayed on the Terms and Conditions Details Page and of course on the Booking Confirmation Mail. However, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before check in date. Payment taxes not included.

We can provide transfer to and from the airport as paid service. You will need to contact Soul Glamping, after the completion of your reservation in order to be informed accordingly.

Yes. You can park your car for free in the immediate of Soul Glamping Camp.
However, parking does not belong to the camp.

No. Animals can not stay in the camp.

No. There will be a charge of € 10,00 per night for each child.

Yes. The minimum age allowed is 4 years old.

No. Our rates are Tent only (breakfast is not included).
